The Proteomics Core is collaborating on academic research projects aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the mass spectrum search and identification algorithms. For this purpose, we are building a database of verified spectra.
We ask for your participation in this project by allowing us to add your data to the database of peptide fragment mass spectra. This database will in no way identify protein identification results related to your samples and projects. Please check boxes below if you allow our Core to add your data to our spectral databases.
